Extreme Beerfest Update

Extreme Beerfest is just a few short days away. Ticket sales are approaching the sell out point. Here are a few tips to keep in mind when attending

If you are planning to attend the Extreme Beerfest Beer Dinner hosted by Boulevard Brewing Co. on Friday Feb 5th, reservations must be made NO LATER than Wednesday Feb 3rd by 9:00 PM. We still have a few seats left for this event so if you would like to attend please call Beertopia NOW at 402-905-2603 and reserve your place. We will not be operating a shuttle from the Crescent Moon for the dinner.

If you are planning to ride the shuttle from the Crescent Moon to the fest, the shuttle will depart beginning at 1:00PM and run every half hour thereafter til 4:00. Return trips to the Crescent Moon from the fest will begin at 6:00PM and run til 8:00PM. The shuttle can hold 60 people.

To expedite getting you into the fest quickly we will begin to check ID's and wristband attendees beginning at 2:00 in the lobby of the Tip Top Ballroom. Doors will open promptly at 3:00.

Those of you that have Will Call tickets, your tickets will be available to be claimed at the Tip Top anytime after 2:00

Your program contains a list of the more than 230 beers available for sampling at the fest. The program also provides a map of the ballroom to help you locate your favorite beers.
The program also contains a list of special release beers and the times they will be released.

There will be a coat check service just inside the ballroom doors.

There will be a concession stand available inside the ballroom selling sandwiches, sides, soft drinks and water.
