LINCOLN JAKE'S ONLY: Odell Brewing Company from Ft. Collins, Colorado has always been a favorite of ours, and we are very excited to be having very special tap takeover with them and four fantastic treats on draft.
We will also be offering a special priced sample flight of all four featured beers for just $6.50!
Celestrina Saison- "Celastrina, or Hops Blue, is a tiny blue butterfly found living on wild hop plants along the Front Range of Colorado. Little is known about this rare species, but we hope to change that. Celastrina Saison pays tribute to this winged creature with delicate hints of banana and clove-like flavor, typical of a traditional Saison, that flutter with a subtle spice character derived only from the hops used."
Town Pump Pail Ale- "A traditional British style pale ale brew exclusively for the Town Pump. The smallest and oldest bar in Ft. Collins. Dry hopped with Centennial whole flower hops, the floral aromas are unmistakable which makes it very drinkable."
Double Pilsner- "We feel the eyes of tradition upon us whenever we brew our Double Pilsner. But this beer is not just our tribute to the classic Bohemian pilsner – it’s our own craft interpretation of it. Refreshing and delicate yet bold and assertive, its clear golden color leaves nowhere for imperfections to hide but plenty of room for mystery."
Myrcenary Double IPA- "Named for Myrcene, a component of essential oils in the hop flower, Myrcenary Double IPA is our tribute to those who revere the illustrious hop, and their unyielding exploit to craft hop forward beers. Brewed with a blend of hops containing the highest levels of Myrcene, this double IPA prevails with a tropical fruit-like flavor, a pungent floral aroma, and a clean getaway."
