Welcoming Beer: Farmboy / 5% / Cream Ale
First Course:
Roasted Date and Pecan Crostini
Roasted Dates and Pecans spread topped with crispy pancetta and orange zest.
Paired w/ Red Zombie / 10% / Imperial Red IPA
Second Course:
Tomato-Citrus Gazpacho
A chilled soup consisting on tomato, melons, cucumbers, mangoes, with a hint of heat.
Paired w/ Pivo Bublina / 7.2% / Maibock
Third Course:
Seared Flounder
Fresh Herb Seared Flounder paired with Forbidden Black Rice topped with a Citrus Beurre Blanc.
Paired w/ St. Monica’s Stout / 4.8% / Nitro Irish Stout
Dessert:
Dueling Cannoli
Strawberry and Chocolate Ricotta filled Cannoli’s
