Invited to contribute!
W3rd! I think this is about my first invite to anything. So, cool.
Anyway I guess I'll start off with an introduction.
Hi, I'm Mitch, I've been brewing all-grain for almost a year now and have brewed about 20 or so batches (incl team brewing). I did 4-5 extract kit batches before that, but didn't really have much idea of what I was doing. I have a slightly better understanding of things now, but as always a lot to learn.
I use a system with 3 converted kegs for mashing, boiling, and fermenting. So I like to do 12 gallon batches just because I can.
Things I want to learn more about in the short term:
Water profiling
Hardware I want to acquire long term:
Temp-control for fermentation
5-gallon kegs (currently I bottle and am tired of it)
*big* chest freezer to hold all my kegs.
