Couple Interesting new stats

I told myself that I wouldn't write about the InBev buyout of A-B but I just had to post these cool facts when the merger and buyouts are complete with A-B and SABMillerCoors.

The largest American brewer in Missouri will be Boulevard.

The largest American brewer in the country will be The Boston Beer Company.

While semantics are involved here, I kind of enjoy the fact that we no longer produced yellow flavorless beer in this country, it is all import/foreign beer.

Enjoy that little bit of fun with your swill drinking buddies.

The flaw here is that A-B was a publicly owned company, and likely many of those stockholders weren't American to begin with...

And hey, Boulevard's head brewer is from Belgium, and I bet he has some ownership stake in the company...
