Lucky Bucket on Tap

The Pre-prohibition Lager is on tap at the Qwest Center in Omaha. Also, I believe it may be on tap at the Dundee Dell right now. I'll try to get to the Dell today or tomorrow to confirm...it's a tough job, but someone has to do it.

Where in the Qwest Center is it being served? Beertopia's Beers of the World stand? Looking forward to trying some with hockey next weekend, if it (and I) don't make it to the Crecent Moon first.

Yes, the "Beers of the World" stand. The Moon should be having it on tap for "pint night" on Jan 27. The the LB pint glasses were delayed.

Confirmed: It's on tap at the Dell.

Review: Large white head with lacing all the way down. Light amber to medium golden color. Clean aroma and light body. Mild malt presence with a very slight hop tinge.

This style is not one I usually seek out, unless it breaks the mold in some way. I'm still eagerly awaiting the other standard offering styles, including Collaborative Evil.

Thanks for the review. I can't wait to try it. I agree, I usually don't seek out these beers but given a good one I love to drink them. I have no doubt this will be a good one.
