Oaked Hop God Release!!

Paul and the gang will be releasing oak aged Hop God this coming Tuesday. Be sure to get your hands on a bottle because it should be fantastic based on the non-oaked version.

Tuesday March 2 is the date and 6 PM marks the start time. We love having these little release parties as they mark the first time the general public can taste some of our most artful creations.
Barrel Aged Hop God combines the rich Chardonnay aromatics, the citrus / grapefruit / orange / peach nose with a flavor profile that reminds one of pineapple, mango, or maybe even tangerine. I don’t think I’ve ever written a beer description that touched on so many aspects previously.

This one tends to make one ponder. In tastings over time while still in the barrel and then on the day of bottling – we know of no commercial equivalent – either in style or in taste. Try it for yourself and tell us what you think!

Just like every great plan - we don't actually have the labels in our hands yet but we're optimistic. :)

Oh, and aside from what we're reserving for sale in the brewpub - the entire bottling has been allocated. Pretty sweet!

10% ABV and a larger 101 IBUs. Absolutely enjoyable upon release & we believe cellarable for at least 2 years. $19.99. 750 mL bottle
