Zac gave a great presentation last night. In addition to general brewing knowledge, he went pretty deep into the biology pocket and pulled out some very interested stuff.
I was disappointed to find the Slowdown does not have any Lucky Bucket beer on tap. I was really looking forward to a glass of the IPA.
