Bricktop's week of releases

This week we are doing something special to build up to our Friday Tapping Party, and to get into the swing of our everyday taphouse hours (Open at 5 daily). Every day this week, we will have a special release of an amazing new beer.

Tuesday, April 13th (tonight) we will host a release of Goose Island 'Night Stalker' bottles, our supplies are limited and we won't be getting more this year. Night Stalker is one of my top 5 favorite beers of all time, and is only released once each spring (Right now!). It is a heavily-hopped imperial stout that delivers a formidable punch of hops and rich roasted malt notes to the nose in a silky body that's as dark as night. Basically this is the Bourbon County stout recipe dry hopped like crazy with Mt. Hood and Simcoe hop. Get some before it's gone.

Wednesday, April 14th will be the bottle release of Collaberation not Litigation. A few years ago, Vinnie Cilurzo of Russian River Brewing and Adam Avery of Avery Brewing realized that they both had a beer named Salvation in their line-ups. Instead of making it a legal issue, they decided to blend their versions together. and have been doing so once a year ever since. The finished product is a delicious and complex Belgian Strong ale. Supplies again are limited.

Thursday, April 15th... You will need to sit down for this one. We got our hands on gravity kegs of Märzen from Franconia, Germany. Thursday will be a special tapping party where we will throw one of the 20 liter kegs on the bar top, hammer in the tap, and let the beer flow in the traditional gravity style till it's gone. This rare event is one you do not want to miss!

Friday party details coming soon.... It will be a multi-keg pile-up.
