Jamil Zainasheff started homebrewing in 1999, and was awarded the Ninkasi Award in 2004 and again in 2007. He hosts the internet radio show "The Jamil Show" on The Brewing Network, co-authored Brewing Classic Styles: 80 Winning Recipes Anyone Can Brew with John J. Palmer and has been the Style Profile columnist for Brew Your Own Magazine since 2007.
The Jamil Show is the world's first radio program dedicated to brewing classic styles of beer. Each week Jamil Zainasheff, along with co-host Jon Pilse, cover a specific beer style and how to brew it at home. From recipe design to fermentation techniques, The Jamil Show covers everything you need to know to brew classic styles. Jamil and Peter Symons have a road trip planned from San Fran to Minneapolis and are underway right now.
