Lucky Bucket @ Bricktop Friday

This Friday is another Nebraska made 'Meet the Brewer' party with Zac Triemert of Lucky Bucket Brewing in Omaha. Come meet Zac, pick his brain full of brewing knowledge, and enjoy all 3 of his awesome beers.

Pre-Prohibition Lager~ A salute to a time when lagers had greater character and more distinct flavor.

IPA~ A well balanced American IPA featuring a gratuitous amount of raw flower Amarillo, Centennial, and Cascade hops.

Certified Evil~ A blended Belgian Strong Ale, which includes beer aged in Cabernet barrels for one year.

From the Lucky Bucket Website- "Edinburgh, Scotland is the home of Herriot-Watt University where our Brewmaster Zac Triemert spent time studying the art and craft of brewing and distilling. While earning his Masters in Brewing and Distilling, Zac visited over 50 breweries and distilleries in Europe, including the beer legends in Belgium, England, Germany, Ireland and Scotland. Today, you can taste Zac's skill and knowledge in each of our Lucky Bucket brews."

A heads up to all of you with a love for sour beer, we just tapped a delicious keg of Petrus Barrel Aged Pale from Belgium, and I must say it is absolutely incredible.

In case you have not heard about it yet, the new beer garden is open for business in the back of the building, so be sure to check it out.

See you Friday!
