I am not sure how long Paul K. from Nebraska Brewing will continue to write these articles but we all hope for some time to come and if he ever stops I hope he comes over here and scribes some stuff for us.
Paul has written 4 articles for Shout weekly now and they are all wonderful reads. He has focused on the beauty and craft that is craft brewing and the art form that true brewers feel for their passion.
So the next time you are pouring yourself a non-american light lager from one of the big 2 breweries in the world remember that the passion and art for the craft of brewing has long left your glass. It has been replaced by marketing hype, scientists and business analysts.
Which would you rather drink, cold and heartless looking to take every last dollar from your pocket or passion filled and creative beer hoping to strike an emotional connection with you, I know my choice.
