We will have two fun nights again this week at Bricktop, with Friday being a bombshell. Wednesday we will be tapping a keg of Christoffel Blond from Holland. This is a deliciously refreshing German Pilsner the classic bitter crispness the style is known for. "Christoffel Blond is a bottom fermented golden-coloured beer with a full body, a very balanced taste and a beautiful bitterness due to a generous addition of fresh hop during the brewing-process. The aroma is fruity and has a fresh taste with a pleasant, hoppy finish."

Friday we are tapping another German gravity keg. You can not miss out on these one nighht only parties where we through the cask right on the bar top and hammer in the tap. This time we are featuring a Märzen from the small brewery Lang-Bräu. We got a little info from Shelton Brothers about these guys "A small but ambitious brewpub in a very tiny village in the far east of Upper Franconia. Makes 15,000 hectoliters a year, founded in 1853. For better or worse, they make a very big range. They seem to crave attention, and get it with some gimmicky things like Erotik Bier, with a label that stops just short of being pornographic, and another beer named for the latest Pope, Benediktus XVI. For some reason, they also put the labels on their dark and light wheat beers on upside down. The Märzen label is properly staid." It will be a fun night, see you there!
