NB Berliner Weisse Tapping @ Bricktop

We are having a great tapping party this Friday featuring the unveiling of a new Lips of Faith beer from New Belgium, 'Imperial Berliner Weisse'. A ramped up version of the classic German sour ale Napoleon dubbed "the Champagne of the North".

Brewery description: "Based on a centuries-old German style of Berliner Weisse, this Imperial version opens with lemon, citrus and delicate floral tones. The beer is naturally sour from a lactic fermentation and a dash of Brettanomyces. Berliner Weisse pours slightly hazy with a pleasantly dry finish. ABV 7.5%"
