> Noon to 7:00 p.m.: great food served...bratwurst, chicken, pork, schnitzel, German potato salad, sauerkraut, German tortes, etc. (Our German Rotisserie team will be cooking a few hogs and dozens of chickens)
> Witness the traditional "tapping" of the keg to formally "christen" the festivities.
> See our Heimat Tänzer German Folk Dancers perform
> Hear Die Singenden Wanderer Men’s folk singers
> Join in the evening fun with music, dancing, a beer drinking contest

> Once again the city has granted us a permit to close off 36th St from Farnam down to the alley that runs behind the Crescent Moon plus we will also have the Frame Shop and the former Don Carmelo’s parking lot.
> We will have four beer pouring stations this year Spaten, Paulaner, Warsteiner/Weihenstephaner and Hacker-Pschorr (we will be pouring up to 20 taps at the same time).
> Live music will be provided by The Barry Boyce Band on Friday and Saturday Nights with Bobby Z and Polka Joy providing the tunes on Saturday afternoon.
