UNK teaching a Brewing Science course this year

All I can say to this is, good on you UNK!  I have long thought that teaching kids even in high school about brewing and other practical uses of science would greatly increase the enjoyment of science.  I also think teaching things like brewing science to kids helps eliminate the negative connotation that goes with beer and alcohol.  With recent drunk driving deaths in the state of or by our youth, that only gets intensified and unjustly so.  With proper education and less demonization of alcohol we could do wonders for the binge drinking in this country. 

Off the high horse, pre-prohibitionist bashing and back on the patting UNK on the back soap box.  Great job guys I hope it turns out the next great Nebraska brewer!
