Where: Upstream Legacy, 17070 Wright Plaza, Omaha

From their email...

Goldenrod Winterweizen is named after our state flower the Goldenrod. The goldenrod flower appears from July through October and they are a beautiful yellow gold prairie flower. Goldenrod Winterweizen is brewed to help us remember Nebraska's beautiful state flower through the winter months as the weather turns cold and the snow is upon us. Goldenrod Winterweizen is a stronger in alcohol & heartier in body version of your average Hefeweizen to help us stay warm and cozy during the winter months, like the flower itself goldenrod Winterweizen is a deep yellow gold in color with a nice floral aroma of citrus and clove derived from the late kettle addition of American cascade hops and Upstream Brewing Company's proprietary German hefeweizen yeast strain. Your Upstream Brewers hope this helps you through the winter months to come.

Drink Up! S.G. 1.069, 7% ABV, 25 IBUs

Come to the first floor bar area from 5:00 to 6:00 to try some great new beers and enter the drawing for prizes.

Upstream's brewers will be present to answer questions and talk about beer.  Ask your bartender or server for a ticket good for a complimentary pint of
