This Friday will be a fun side by side double tapping party with the Nebraska Brewing Company IPA, as we will be tapping both the original and newly formulated version side by side. You be the judge, and see what they have done with the addition of Citra hops to the mix.
From the breweries recent Facebook post about the new version:
"Our West Coast inspired India Pale Ale is rich in flavor and abundant in citrus, pine, and floral aromatics created through a wonderful infusion of Citra hops. Completely refreshing and possessing a medium mouthfeel, crisp bitterness, and nearly balanced malts. Finishes dry with a head that creates beautiful lacing down the entire glass.
