We have two birthday's today for a couple of people famous or infamous people in the craft beer scene in Nebraska.
Happy Birthday to Mike Hall, head brewer at Upstream Brewing Company in Omaha. Since taking the head brewing operations over at Upstream things have been looking up, get it. We applaud you Mike and hope you have a Happy Birthday and you make someone else clean out the mash tun today.
Happy Birthday also goes out to Omaha beer geek Brent Udron. Brent has been involved in the craft beer scene as a purveyor of fine beer for as long as I have known him, which is a little over 3 years. I believe now he is the manager of the of the beer department at Brix in Omaha. He is always very helpful to me and very good at trying to get more good beer into Omaha. We applaud you Brent for fighting the good fight.
