It's Monk Time! This Friday is going to be awesome. The Monks along with their guest 'Fallen Monk' brewer have created something very unique and special. The creation? A Rye Lager of course!
We will be featuring the draft version as well as a one night only German-style gravity keg (to be thrown on the bar top and tapped at 4pm sharp!).
Massive amounts of Hallertau Hersbrucker hops were brought to the brewery directly from Germany via the special guest brewer, and added to the mash, boil, and at knock-out. The result? Loads of luscious floral hop flavor colliding with a spicy rye character, and leaving this crisp lager with endless depth. Weighing in at an approachable 4.5% ABV, enjoying both the draft and gravity version will be a wonderful way to spend the evening with friends.
