6:00 p.m. - Boulevard presents: Beyond Malt and Hops: Putting Creativity in Brewing featuring Steven Pauwels, Brewmaster at Boulevard Brewing Company

7:00 p.m. - Lucky Bucket presents: Barrel-Aged Beer and Spirits featuring Zac Triemert, Brewmaster at Lucky Bucket Brewing Company

3:00 p.m. - Nebraska Brewing Company presents: Everyday Cooking with Beer featuring a fabulous Chef, to be announced, from Nebraska Brewing Company

4:00 p.m. - Goose Island presents: Extreme Beer and Cheese Pairing featuring Paul DeVries, Western Regional Sales Director at Goose Island Brewing Company

5:00 p.m. - Empyrean presents: Cask-Conditioned Ale Tapping featuring Rich Chapin, Head Brewer at Empyrean Brewing Company
