| That guy is opening a Meadery |
I was made aware this morning of an article in the
Omaha World Hearld about Brian and his plans to open a Meadery in Bellevue in the near future. I have known about this for a little bit and I am glad to see it happening. All kidding aside with the picture above, Brian is a great guy with a passion about mead and I know this will be a great place to go. I will also vouch for his mead as well. I had some at
Extreme Beer Fest and it was wonderful, and for me, mead is very hit or miss. For the longest time I just determined that I didn't like mead. As it turns out, I had not found any made well and that included commercial versions. Brian's was made well and on my very short list of great mead that I have had.
