The Modern Monk's latest Seasonal is here, a Vienna Lager.  Subtle hints of freshly cooked white bread and earthy, spicy noble hop characters can be detected in the aroma.  A full rounded complex malt bill with just enough earthy hop character to balance it out are noted in the flavor.  This beer finishes more on the dry side and begs to sampled over and over again  Give this beer a try at both Old Chicago locations in Lincoln as well as the Down town Misty's location and anywhere else fine ales and lagers are served.
