The Soaring Wings Winery is looking to expand into craft beer soon, and needs helps finding a brewer.
If you are interested, please forward your résumé to Jim Shaw at jim@soaringwingswine.com. Jim will be conducting interviews Thu, Jun 2 to Mon, Jun 6. This full-time brewer would also assist in the winery.
They already have most of the equipment, with the rest due to be delivered in the next few weeks, and expect to be brewing in a couple of weeks (pending government approval).
Initially, they will be using a 3-barrel pilot brewing system and kegging the beer. Sales will be limited to on-site for now.
Larger batches will be brewed off-site at another brewery. With the possibility of having all brewing being done at the winery if this becomes successful.
