While our business is 95% wine we appreciate all beverages at Corkscrew and enjoy our beer especially after working a busy shift.  Goose Island Beer Company out of Chicago makes some great Belgian style beers which we are featuring at this dinner.  Throughout the evening Paul DeVries will talk about each of the 5oz beer samples and how they pair with the four courses.  Don't forget if you are a Wedge Member you can take $5 off for up to two people.
