Party on the Patio in Lincoln menu


Just an update for the rooftop patio party in Lincoln next Saurday, May 28th. Here is the delicious tapas menu designed by Chef Marcus Rekart of Emma's restaurant.

First course-
Smoked Chicken in cucumber cups with habenero and blood orange sauce

Second course-
Honey and Cilantro glazed chicken wings.

Third course-
Crab and pineapple salad on tomato and red onion crostini

Fourth course-
Chorizo, roast fennel, grape tomato, and fig kabobs with pomegranate and port reduction.

Fifth course-
Bayou bites: Ground andouille, spices and herbs wrapped in toasted pastry.

Sixth course-
Fish tacos: Plank grilled paprika rubbed cod on grilled tortilla with mango and mint salsa

Finale-
Imperial chocolate stout cake, made with Modern Monks Imperial Stout.

This is going to be a blast!
