Please READ the registration carefully – it has all the answers as to what ingredients are acceptable.

With this being experimental beer the real important thing to remember is we only have a 20 day production window for this beer – long matuaration flavors from “bugs” or brett will not work in this comp – but there is plenty of other fun avenues to brew down.
