There has been some talk on here and in other places that a brewery was in the works in North Platte. I have been communicating with them pretty regularly and they would like me to post some info on here and put out the word they are looking for investors at varying levels to get their doors open. They have a head brewer position advertised here already as well.
Just a little background, it appears they are looking to do 300bbl in the first year and obviously expand from there. The market in North Platte is wide open with the nearest brewery currently in Kearney but soon to be in McCook. They a good location planned and a cool idea and concept for the pub and restaurant.
