NBC Beer Dinner at the Grey Plume

Nebraska Brewing Beer Tasting Dinner - Wednesday, October 19, $65 per person

Nebraska Brewing Co., in Papillion, NE, is brewing some of the finest beer in the country. Brewmaster Tyson Arp and owners Paul and Kim Kavulak’s artisan crafted brews have earned numerous distinctions across America.

The list is pretty extensive with many of NE Brewing’s beers earning awards at the top festivals and competitions. Full list here.

We are highlighting these four as the likely candidates for this tasting dinner on October 19. The menu will begin with our interpretation of the classic ‘beer-cheese soup.’ Next up is our house-made pastrami (which many a guest has asked to marry the person who makes it). The main course will be whole, local steelhead trout sourced from Sutton, NE. To finish is a s’more redefined by our own Dave Brandenburgh.
