Several New Beers on Tap at The Library

The Library has put several new beers on tap today. Check out the list below from their website.
Is it any coincidence that I tend to send out this update on Good Beer Tuesday, when all the crafts and imports at the Library Pub are $1 off?! Anyway, on with the news...
Weyerbacher Heresy is an oak aged imperial stout from one of our favorite breweries here at the Library Pub. Thick and rich with coffee and maple notes, it's sure to please. Especially as the weather cools. If it ever does?!
Ayinger Oktoberfest-Marzen is one of the best out there, plain and simple. Why not save the best for last, right?
Chameleon Hop On Top is an unoffensive offering from this Wisconsin brewer (damn you, Badgers!). It won't challenge your hop tolerance, but it's a good introduction to the style for any newbie.
New Belgium Hoptober has made it's annual appearance from the folks in Colorado. It scores a B+ on Beeradvocate, and with good reason. Just enough citrus and floral hops to make things interesting.
Coney Island Freaktoberfest from Shmaltz Brewing  is a carnival ride for the taste buds...and the eyes. It pours red, like fruit punch, but drinks with a slight fruit sweetness that is balanced out by the hop dryness. Their tagline for this one is "Indulge you inner beer freak!' OK!
Ska True Blonde is another staple at the Library Pub. Light, crisp and refreshing, it's a great palate cleanser between some of the bigger stuff. Or as a great introduction to craft beer for a newbie.
Oh, and did we mention that we are THE ONLY PLACE IN THE STATE OF NEBRASKA THAT YOU CAN STILL GET LEFT HAND MILK STOUT? If not, I just did. Get it while you can. When it's gone...it's gone!
I think that's enough to keep you busy for a while.Cheers!
