They have not brewed this yet but it is on the schedule and boy does it sound tasty. Here is the description from Tyson himself.
Midnight Ryed is based loosely on the idea of a schwarzbier, but with a fairly significant amount of rye, a bit of chocolate character and slightly more hoppiness than your average schwarz. It should come in just a shade under 5% ABV and around 24 IBU’s. The pilot batch we did earlier this year was well received, so I’m excited to scale it up and let more people enjoy it.
