Extreme Beerfest
Regular tickets are on sale now. A $31 ticket gets you a souvenir tasting glass, a program, and 4 hours of unlimited sampling of upwards of 300 of the most extreme beers the world has to offer. Lots of Double IPAs, Barrel-aged, Imperial Stouts, Belgian sours, Tripels, casks and many more rare and unusual beer styles. Almost all above 7% ABV. Brewery and distributor reps will be onsite to answer your questions.
New this year, we will be including hourly Beer-centric Seminars to improve your beer knowledge. These seminars will be included in the ticket price. Seating is limited to around 50 for each, first come first serve. We are planning to do 4 seminars, from 3:30-5:00, with each one being 30 minutes long. They will be held in the Junior ballroom at the Tip Top right next to Extreme Beerfest. I have details on 2 so far...Mike Hall from Upstream Brewing Co. will do one on Barrel Aging and Bauman's Hop Farm will do one on Hop growing. Look for more information on this as it becomes available.

Extreme Beer Dinner
Featuring Lagunitas Brewing Co. from Petaluma, CA on Fri, Feb 10 from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. at the Tip Top Ballroom.
Lagunitas is a new offering to the state of Nebraska however it won't be for sale anywhere until late in March. They are shipping some beer out especially for our beer dinner. Don't miss your chance for this special sneak peak tasting and food pairing event.
We will welcome Don Chartier, the Northern Hemispherical Vice Captain for Supply Vectored Marketing Analysis of Lagunitas Brewing Co. as the key note speaker. Enjoy a fabulous 4 course meal expertly prepared and paired with Lagunitas Extreme beer lineup.

Omaha Beer Week
We are currently in the planning stages. It will be the week leading up to Extreme Beerfest: Fri, Feb 3 to Sun, Feb 12.
We are coordinating with lots of other craft beer bars and breweries all over Omaha to offer 10 beer packed days with many specials and new and exciting beery events all over town. One of our collaborative events will be a free shuttle on Sat, Feb 4 from noon to midnight going to craft beer bars and breweries all over Omaha. We are working on details and will let you know ASAP.
Some of our events here at the Beer Corner will be a vintage beer tasting, movie night, a bottle exchange, and a beer swag garage sale, a super hot wing contest, tap takeovers, beer and food pairing and many others!
Also we are constructing a website of the who, what, and where details to keep you informed of all the events all over Omaha: www.omahabeerweek.com. This should be up and running next week.
