Modern Monks "402" now on tap at Lincoln Old Chicago locations

On tap now at both Lincoln Old Chicago locations (Haymarket & South Pointe) is the newest beer in the Modern Monks Wandering Monks Series named "402". Based on the recipe of guest brewer Jason McLaughlin, it is an interpretation of how an Irish Red Ale would have been made by Irish immigrants that came over Pre-Prohibition. Using similar ingredients they would have had available to them, we used American barley, a kick of corn and a hit of Rhynalds Nebraska grown hops. Incredibly sessionable, just one sip will assure you that they had it pretty good back then.
