Let me tell you that if this is anywhere close to as good as Romancing the Cone on cask you are in for a treat, go check it out.
This Thursday's Firkin will be a variation on our Cardinal Pale Ale which we dryhopped with a modest amount of Sterling Hops from our favorite hop supplier, Indie Hops, instead of our usual Cascade Hops. We anticipate an easy going, very enjoyable cask. We'll be tapping at 4:00.
