Stony Brook Hy-Vee invites you to Beer School 2012. At the end of this nine-week course, you'll know why you like what you like, why you don't like what you don't like, and you'll know how to go about shopping for new beers to try.

We'll meet every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in the upstairs Club Room. Here's the schedule:

March 7: Introduction to brewing and beer styles
March 14: English, Irish, and Scottish Ales
March 21: American Ales
March 28: Strong Ales
April 4: Belgian and French Ales
April 11: Other Ales and Hybrids
April 18: Pale and Amber Lagers
April 25: Dark Lagers and Bock
May 2: Brewery Tour and Certification

Attendees will receive a binder with all of the presentation notes and other materials. On average, eight beers will be sampled and evaluated each week.

> The fee for the course is $110 (payable at the first session)
> This course is limited to 20 attendees
> Reserve your spot by calling 402.697.0811

Not going to be able to do this but it is a helluva deal going on here! Great amounts of different beers that attendees will enjoy over the total length of the course plus all that wonderful beer knowledge.
