Jake's Friday Tapping Parties: Lincoln- *Cask Night* Green Flash Imperial IPA / Omaha: Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout

Friday (6/29) tapping parties for the Lincoln & Omaha Jake's

LINCOLN JAKE'S: Friday in Lincoln will be hoptastic, as we will be tapping a firkin of Green Flash Imperial IPA dry hopped with Simcoe and serving through the beer engine.  What makes a big and bold West Coast beast of an Imperial IPA even better??  More hops!  Don't even think about missing this one of a kind treat.

Brewery description: "San Diego IPA, as it has come to be known by many, is pale in color, super-hoppy, high-gravity, yet a highly quaffable ale. Our Imperial IPA is created in this new tradition with intense hop flavors and aromas from a unique blend of Summit and Nugget hops."

5:00 pm Jake's Lincoln (14th & P St.)

OMAHA JAKE'S: Omaha has a very special treat for this Friday with the tapping of the one and only Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout.  This beer with a cult-like following is the definition of Badass.  A 14.%%ABV Imperial Stout sturdy enough to make a fork stand tall, and oozing of lava cake like chocolate richness and a punch of sweet Bourbon.

Brewery description: "Brewed in honor of the 1000th batch at our original Clybourn brewpub. A liquid as dark and dense as a black hole with thick foam the color of a bourbon barrel. The nose is an intense mix of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and smoke. One sip has more flavor than your average case of beer."

5:30 Jake's Omaha (62nd & Maple)
