A couple of events to keep on your radar this summer at Dario's Brasserie. The first is their July Beer Pairing Dinner next week on July 19th. These dinners always get rave reviews. From their email:
Belgian beers are known as some of the finest, oldest, and most prestigious beers in the world. These flavorful and complex beers provide admirable accompaniment to Dario's exquisite preparations of fine seasonal ingredients. Stay cool this summer in style! Join us on Thursday, July 19th for an intimate night of meticulous pairings.
Dario will be preparing four summer themed courses, each one perfectly paired from our wide selection of Belgian beers. Our knowledgeable beer expert Ryan Penke will be on hand to guide you through each beer and explain Dario's pairing choices. The tasting will be held on Thursday, July 19th at 7 p.m., and will cost $50 per person. Seating is limited, so place your reservation today by calling (402) 933-0799.The second event is Dundee Day on August 25th. Dario's will be hosting a party in their beer garden starting at noon. By the way, that's the same day as the Great Nebraska Beer Fest so when the party wraps up down in Papillion, you can then head to Dundee and wind down with live music and more beer at Dario's! On Saturday, August 25th, the finest party in Dundee will be found at Dario's in our very own beer garden! Starting at noon, we'll be serving the most delicious victuals in the neighborhood — local farm-raised meats from Thistles and Clover, barbeque pulled pork sandwiches, cevapcicis, burgers, and house-made coleslaw — and pouring fabulous Belgian brews, including Leffe Blonde, Delirium Tremens, Hoegaarden and Delirium Nocturnum. Our almost-famous Cucumber Collins, made with Hendrick's gin, fresh squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, soda and plenty of cucumber will also make an appearance. Live music starts at 6 o'clock!
