Jake's Friday Tappings: Lincoln- Lucky Bucket Kriek / Omaha‏- Pauwel Kwak

Friday (9/14) tapping parties for the Lincoln & Omaha Jake's

LINCOLN JAKE'S: This Friday it will be the Lincoln Jake's turn to tap a certain special sour ale from our friends at Lucky Bucket!  Spending some ever so precious time in an oak barrel, their Kriek Lambic-style ale developed into a deliciously tart and refreshing treat, bursting with bright acidity that really makes the cherries shine.  Hooray sour beer!

5:00 pm Jake's Lincoln (14th & P St.)

OMAHA JAKE'S: Friday will be a fine day to enjoy a classic on tap at Jake's Omaha.  Most Belgian beer lovers are  intimately familiar with Pauwel Kwak, a luscious amber-colored Belgian strong ale with huge notes of caramel, light fruits and spice.

Commercial description: "Full-bodied Belgian Specialty Ale. Amber in color with beautiful foam and slightly sweet, seductive malt character. Rich, satisfying Belgian experience."

5:00 Jake's Omaha (62nd & Maple)
