FIRST COURSE - Bacon Confit, applewood smoked pork belly, grapefruit, truffle, cilantro paired with Lucky Bucket Pre-Prohibition Style Lager
SECOND COURSE - Carribean Red Snapper, roasted fennel, cherry tomato, fried capers, and black pepper beurre blanc paired with Lucky Bucket Cowbell Black Farmhouse Ale
THIRD COURSE - Kaluha Pork, cilantro, banana leaf, pico de gallo paired with Lucky Bucket IPA and Cumin Dusted Ahi Tuna, charred salsa, jalapeño bacon, and lime zest paired with Lucky Bucket The Raven Black IPA
FOURTH COURSE - Sweet Potato Pie with Certified Evil Ice Cream, pecan brittle, and rum glaze paired with Lucky Bucket Chava Rum Certified Evil
