1ST COURSE

Our drunken bacon buffalo boneless wing paired with Ranger IPA.-  Brewed with a variety of flavorful hops, this medium bodied ber offers both floral and fruity notes that will balance with the spice of the wings very nicely.

2ND COURSE

Our Apple Pecan Salad paired with Rampant Imperial IPA.  Fresh granny smith apples, blue cheese, candied pecans and tangy poppy seed dressing are the perfect partners for all the layers this bittersweet beer has to offer.  Rampant IPA’s lemon citrus aroma and peach flavor offset its bitter bite with a malty yet dry finish making this brew a match made in heaven for our Apple Pecan Salad.

3rd COURSE

Hoppy Bock with our Brown Sugar Sliders.  This earthy bock is a perfect partner for Spring inviting floral and earthy scents hinting toward fresh grass and pine.  Crisp and clean, this brew makes a great palate buddy with our unforgettable cinnamon and brown sugar bacon with its malty smoothness and sharp leave.

4th COURSE

1554 with assorted chocolate selections.  New Belgium studied hard to give us this full bodied and delightfully complex black Belgium Black Ale.  Based on a centuries old recipe, these brewers brought to life out dated units of measurements and antiquated writings, producing a beer quite unique in its bold yet smooth presence.
Pairing this dark brew with chocolate livens 1554’s malty cocoa aroma and its sweet yet peppery undertones.
