Dario's just announced their spring beer pairing dinner:
Join Dario and the crew April 24th for another celebration of Belgian beer and gastronomy—inflected, as ever, by the passing of the seasons and the changing availability of fresh, natural ingredients. We will prepare four scrumptious spring-appropriate courses, each with a beer to match. We have invited our colleague Ryan to discuss the characteristics of each beer style, the reasons for each pairing choice, and Belgian brewing lore generally.
As always, space is very limited, so place your reservation today. The dinner will be held on Wenesday, April 24th at 6:00 in the evening, and will cost $55 per person.
