Whiskey from Cut Spike Distillery Soon!

Lucky Bucket's distillery side, Cut Spike (previously known as Solas) will be releasing their long awaited single-malt whiskey, the first made in Nebraska since prohibition, very soon. The date we've heard is August 14th, though distributors will get it a couple of days earlier.

From their email:
We Introduce to You: Cut Spike Distillery! We want you to be the first to know, we are launching Cut Spike Distillery. Our craft spirit distillery will soon be releasing Nebraska's first whiskey since prohibition, along with handcrafted vodka, rum, and other great spirits along the way. Our first release will be a Single Malt Whiskey, and will be available soon.
The Omaha World Herald put together a great article and video about Cut Spike. Read the article here at: Omaha World Herald article on Cut Spike Distillery
