Lucky Bucket Brewing Company Hosts Fourth Annual5k Beer Run
LA VISTA, NE – Lucky Bucket Brewing Company will host their 4th Annual Lucky Bucket Beer Run happening this Saturday, May 31st at Mahoney State Park. This is fun 5K beer run open to anyone 21 years of age and older. Immediately following the run will be the Lucky Bucket after party featuring music, games, prizes, and beer! A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Omaha.
Registration includes a run t-shirt, a Lucky Bucket bottle opener, entry into Mahoney State Park, beer tickets, and entry into the run after party. Lucky Bucket Brewing Company will be bringing their brewery to Mahoney State Park for the run after party that will include sixteen taps of Lucky Bucket beer, a cocktail station from their sister company Cut Spike Distillery, a DJ and dance floor, and food from Mahoney Grille. Non-runners can be admitted for $5. Beer tickets will be available for purchase all week at the Lucky Bucket Brewing company tasting room as well as during the event.
Lucky Bucket was founded in 2008 with the mission to produce local, hand crafted, and exceptionally flavored beers. “Community involvement is a big part of what we do and this run is all about having fun with your friends and drinking great local beer at the same time” said Addie Neman, event coordinator. “We have prizes for the top runners, but this year we added several costume contests to make things more fun.” Prizes include gift cards to Dicks Sporting Goods, Beertopia, Brix, Revive Massage & Spa, and more.
Registration continues through Wednesday May 28th until midnight at www.luckybucketrun.com Registrations will also be taken in person Thursday and Friday during packet pick up and Saturday starting at 3:00pm. The event is open to the public for those 21 years of age or over.
