6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Williamsburg Hy-Vee on March, 16, 2015
First Course: Corn beef and cabbage egg rolls with Asian twist: Crispy fried egg rolls, and a carrot, ginger dipping sauce. Paired with: Lagunitas Pils
Second Course: Potato and Leek soup: Creamy, hearty soup with crispy fried bacon and a lemon cream.
Paired with: Weyerbacher Merry Monks
Main Course: Irish Style Bangers and Mash:House made onion sausages cooked in beer with Colcannon style mashers and a hearty Red Onion Gravy. Paired with: Murphy's Stout
Dessert: Chocolate shortbread tower: Chocolate shortbread layered with a Bailey’s Pastry Cream, coffee whipped cream and a Caramel sauce. Paired with: Abita Macchiato Milk Stout
*Irish Soda Bread will be Served with meal
