The Single Barrel will be hosting an Infusion Brewing Company Beer Pairing Dinner on Wednesday April 8, 2015
Chef Brandon Harpster will be pairing four courses with four beers from Infusion Brewing Company.
Tickets to the event are $30. The meal will begin at 7:00pm
First Course: No Limitations Mosaic Pale Ale served with Charred Asparagus, Mint, Poached Egg and Crispy Andouille Sausage
Second Course: Blood Orange IPA served with Smoked Trout, Bacon, Radish, Beets, Arugula and Lemon Dressing
Third Course: Butcher Block Brown Ale with Pork Tenderloin, Pickled Apples, Truffle Hollandaise, Smoked Mushrooms and Gnocchi
Fourth Course: Joel Porter with Cream Puff Trio ( Coffee Hazelnut, Chocolate Maple, Vanilla Rosemary) and Caramel Ice Cream
