**DATE CHANGE** Ploughshare's Dandy Picking Party

**Due to the moving target of when the dandelions will be in full bloom, the date for Ploughshare's picking party has changed to Sunday, April 19th at 8:00 AM.  Ploughshare would like to assure everyone that waiting until they are at full bloom will maximize the time available for beer enjoyment.**

When: Sunday, April 19th at 8:00am
Where: Branched Oak Farm - 17015 NW 70th St, Raymond, NE

Come help us pick dandelion blossoms for Ploughshare's Bouton d'Or ("Golden Button") Dandelion Saison. We'll provide refreshments for both the youngsters and those of drinking age, plus a BBQ with Davey Road Ranch grass fed beef wieners and veggie dogs.

While we're out picking, brewer Brendan McGinn will be at the brewery starting the beer. We need to get the blossoms back to the brewery the same day for the freshest result!

“Dandelions should be saved for three reasons: to destroy them is emotionally draining, to poison them threatens the food chain, and to co-exist with them brings beauty and nutrition into our lives.” Jack Walters, “Evidence in Support of Saving the Dandelion”.
