The Upstream Brewing Company at Legacy presents a Fall Beer Dinner on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 7pm at 17070 Wright Plaza.
Your experience begins with a sample of Berliner Weisse, a traditional German-style session sour, with optional flavor additions to awaken your palate as you begin your culinary journey.
Then Brew Master Dallas Archer and Executive Sous Chef Russell Parks will present four culinary creations to tantalize your palate, carefully paired with four house brewed craft beers.
