This dinner features four unique courses perfectly paired with astounding beers that are proudly brewed right here in Lincoln. Come enjoy a Tuesday evening out on the town, and savor the flavor of what pairing hops with food is all about.
First Course: Crab Cucumber Canape - avocado mousse, crab spread, garnished with scallions

Second Course: Caprese Salad - vine ripened tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil chiffonade, olive oil drizzle, blood orange balsamic glaze drizzle
