What: Scratchtown Brewing Beer Dinner

Join us for an expertly paired 4-course, 5 beer dinner featuring our friends at Scratchtown Brewing.
Appetizer:
Duck Confit Wontons with Raspberry Gastrique - Duck confit, cream cheese, red pepper stuffed wontons, served with raspberry gastrique.
Paired with Tiny Tiles Single Hopped Pale Ale: A single hop pale ale with Mosaic hops, this beer offers a complex array of tropical fruit, citrus, berry, herbal (dank!), earthy and slight pine characteristics. We use two row barley and honey malt for the malt backbone. It also finishes a touch dry, crisp and refreshing.
Salad:
Rainbow Chard Salad - Rainbow chard, apples, feta, radishes, and pecans drizzled with Lemon Vinaigrette.
Paired with Big Joe Pils: light, clean and refreshing. Named after the Big Joe Polka show, this is a perfect compliment to winter polkas or summer lakin'.
Entrée:
Salmon en papillote with orange beurre blanc - Spaghetti squash, fresh dill, lemon, and carrots.
Paired with Smoketoberfest: A slightly smoked version of the Oktoberfest-style marzen.
Dessert:
Beeramisu - Stout beer, lady fingers, mascarpone cheese, and coco powder.
Paired with Sideburns' Milk Stout: A roasty stout with a nice body from the addition of Lactose Sugar. The Lactose Sugar, derived from milk, is not fermented by brewer’s yeast and it adds a creaminess with a slight sweetness to the beer.
Digestíf:
Chardonnay Oak Aged Wonder Twins DIPA: a chardonnay oaked version of our Wonder Twins DIPA - juicy citrusy flavor with a finish of dank from the Mosaic hops. When paired with the oak and Chardonnay, you'll pick up a hint of the oak tannins and an explosion of Chardonnay fruitiness.
