Jamil Z. at Nebraska Brewing

This is pretty cool and should be a fun event.  Jamil is quite the accomplished homebrewer
and author.  He currently hosts 2 shows on The Brewing Network, Brew Strong and
Can You Brew It.  Brew Strong is all about understanding the science of brewing
and combined with John Palmer this show provides you with all you will ever need
to know and more about brewing.  Can You Brew It is a show dedicated to cloning
some of the worlds most popular and wonderful beers.  Each episode they brew up a
recipe they believe to clone the beer and determine if they were successful or not.
The recipe is then provided to you for you to try.  You can also listen to archive
episodes detailing all the brewing styles as well as indicated below.  Bottomline,
Jamil knows his stuff and is very willing to share it and is a great guy as well.
So it is great that on his pilgrimage across the country on the way to the National
Homebrew Conference in Minneapolis this year they are stopping in Nebraska at
Nebraska Brewing Company.  I hope to be there and I hope you can make it too.

Jamil Zainasheff started homebrewing in 1999, and was
awarded the Ninkasi Award in 2004 and 2009.  He hosts the internet radio
show "The Jamil Show" on The Brewing Network, co-authored Brewing
Classic Styles: 80 Winning Recipes Anyone Can Brew with John J. Palmer
and has been the Style Profile columnist for Brew Your Own magazine
since 2007.

The Jamil Show is the world's first radio program
dedicated to brewing classic styles of beer. Each week Jamil Zainasheff,
along with co-host Jon Plise, cover a specific beer style and how to
brew it at home.  From recipe design to fermentation techniques, The
Jamil Show covers everything you need to know to brew classic styles. 
Jamil and Peter Symons have a road trip planned from San Francisco to
Minneapolis this June.
While they are making many stops along the
way, Nebraska Brewing Company is lucky enough to be one of them!
